We Recently Re-Designed Our Website!
It’s been a long time coming, but by keeping up with the times we had to streamline our site. The web is a constantly changing platform where design trends often change, so it’s always necessary to keep things up to date. When coming up with our current design, it was important for us to place all of our important information on our front page. This helps drive our message across in the most effective way.
Often times the sites of “Web Designers” are often bland, or incomplete. This is largely due to to the fact that we are a very busy industry with high demands for new and innovative designs. So we took a break away for a little while to re-design our site. This included converting it to the Wordpress platform, which we found was the perfect solution for our needs. With our site, it was important for us to stay within the realms of semantic markup, and valid Xhtml and CSS.
We have also add some Javascript though jQuery, which is one of the “most-awesome” libraries we’ve come across to date. It’s simple, powerful, and effective which we find is the perfect analogy to our design process. We also found that there was a need to provide a blog to our site. Blogs have become a very powerful way to present information to potential clients via the web. They are highly adaptable, and easily re-factored to suit all of our content needs. As we continue to add to our site, we will provide free tutorials, scripts, templates, vector clipart, and reviews on products as well as business related articles.
